If you require technical assistance with our software, please submit the client log file so that we can have a complete picture of the installation and what is causing issues to occur for you.
To send the log file; follow these instructions:
- Click on Settings at the top of the client
- Click the Send log to help desk
- Enter your email address in the Your email address field
- Enter details regarding the issue you are experiencing so that we have a better understanding of the issue from your end in the "Short description of the problem" field
- Click Send Log
Once the log has been sent; you will receive a notification window stating that the log file has been submitted, and that you will receive a reply from our Support team within 24 hours. You will also receive an email to notify you that we have received your support ticket.
