If you require technical assistance with our software, please submit the client log file so that we can have a complete picture of the installation and what is causing issues to occur for you.


To send the log file; follow these instructions:

  1. Click on Settings at the top of the client
  2. Click the Send log to help desk
  3. Enter your email address in the Your email address field
  4. Enter details regarding the issue you are experiencing so that we have a better understanding of the issue from your end in the "Short description of the problem" field
  5. Click Send Log

Once the log has been sent; you will receive a notification window stating that the log file has been submitted, and that you will receive a reply from our Support team within 24 hours.  You will also receive an email to notify you that we have received your support ticket.
