If you cannot connect to a server, it may be because a service on your machine isn't running.


This can occur if you didn't reboot after the installation. If you didn't, please restart the machine, and retry connecting with Easy-Hide-IP.


If you did reboot, you can manually start the service.


1. Run services.msc from the start menu.


2. Select the Easy-Hide-IP VPN Controller Service


3. Set the service to Automatic and Start it


4. If it is already started please Restart it, then reboot.
