If you're trying to connect via Open VPN, and get an error, you may be missing a component, which may not have been installed during the initial installation.

Please reinstall the Easy-Hide and the Open VPN components and reboot.

Please ensure you agree to install the TAP services if requested. This actually installs the networking component required to use Open VPN.

If it still fails please try the other protocols: Classic and PPTP.
